We are Disruptive Games, an independent games development studio founded by industry veterans who have worked on some of the most recognizable and renowned console games in the world. We’re dedicated to creating the highest quality gameplay experiences, with a special focus on pushing the boundaries of what can be done with connected gameplay. We value original ideas, unique perspectives, a strong work ethic, passion and teamwork. Our studio is located in downtown Berkeley, a creative community with plenty of good eats.



Eric is the founder and CEO of Disruptive Games, a start-up born from his entrepreneurial drive and a desire to build creatively engaging projects that are innovative, successful and enjoyed by fans across the globe.

Prior to launching Disruptive Games, Eric spent nearly a decade at Insomniac Games, where he was an integral part of the teams that brought the best-selling Ratchet & Clank franchise and Resistance: Fall of Man series to Sony’s PlayStation 2 and 3 consoles. During his tenure with the company, Eric advanced from programmer to head of the company’s online multiplayer team, a leadership role that allowed him to innovate connected play experiences for gamers around the world, and at the same support the goals of individual team members. Before joining Insomniac Games, Eric was a programmer on LucasArts Entertainment’s Star Wars: Bounty Hunter; Cyan Worlds’ Myst series and Mindscape, Inc.’s Lego Island, among others. Eric grew up in the Bay area and studied film at UC Santa Cruz.
